Friend that's lost

“Everyone needs a little piece of Art in them”
Or so he said
A story about a friend who feels condemn
A dying relationship about him and his gem
Going through his mind is like mayhem

Spoke on the phone with him, on this night
Known about them from a far site
There was a chance that they’d ignite
But things went sour, and turned to blight
Tried talking, to renew his light
Told him that “Everything will be alright,
You just need to keep going, and keep up the fight,

Between 2 Gems, hoping they wouldn’t bite
And tried to make amends, stuck in her foresight
She wishing he was dead, it’s time to be upright
And start to look ahead, maybe give him some incite
