Continue to Shine

Though the moonlight shines, mesmerized yet binds
It keeps that design that makes it divine
still in her prime trying to outshine...
so intoxicating... like white whine

Going through her phase
from night to day
enslaved in her gaze
Always leading me astray...

As she peers through the mist
paralyzed and still can't resist
Unable to move from this bliss
These traps set, already amiss

With a warm hold that is latent
to the warm stares as an infant
needless to say.. it goes without mention
feelings i have, wrapped around with ribbons
so rare so rare, like one-in-a-million
Crystallized roses, you are beautiful women

I was going in a different direction with this.. and after the first line it completely changed lol

regardless this is amazing
impressed again keep it up

That has happened to me many times, (im speaking of the direction of the poem) you start with one thought in your mind and end up on the other side of the earth. This is just beautiful and very inspiring. don't let anyone tell you that your not a great poet
